How does the 25 free wedding invitations work? Is there a catch?
When you place your order you need to place it for the amount you want to receive so that the shipping is correctly calculated. After that, your order goes into the system to await approval by our offices (your credit card is not yet charged at this point). When we receive your order, you will be charged for the next lower increment of 25. For example, if you need 100 invitations, you would order 100; but the price you pay would be for the first 75. When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email telling you the total charged with the discount, the transaction and tracking numbers, and an estimated shipping and delivery date. What do the invitation prices include?
The price includes custom printing according to your specifications and blank inner and outer envelopes (unless the style chosen does not have envelopes, as in a seal 'n send invitation). Do you have mail-order catalogs?
Unfortunately, we do not have mail-order catalogs available. However, you are free to browse our website to find the exact invitation that suits your needs. We recommend ordering sample invitations of your possible choices before placing your order to ensure that your wedding invitations come out exactly as you want. Can you print foreign language letters or characters?
We can print foreign languages as long as the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles.
Are there any printing limitations I should be aware of?
We reserve the right to refuse to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane, or abusive in nature.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.
All orders are final once placed. Any printed product cannot be cancelled or returned once printed. Non-printed products may be returned within 10 days of placing the order and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
Can I order sample invitations?
Yes! We highly recommend that you do! Just find the invitation that you're interested in and click on its image for a more detailed description of the invitation. Then, just click the "request sample" link located in the top right next to the large view of the invitation.
Is your site safe and secure to order from?
Absolutely, we respect your privacy and will do everything in our power to protect it. We use SSL (secure sockets layer) from VeriSign, the industry leader in providing protection for your credit card information. Your credit card number will be encrypted for safe transmission. We DO NOT store your credit card number after your order has been completed. Therefore, you will need to re-enter your credit card every time you make a purchase.
